Why use a roller?
Crystal facial rollers have been used for centuries in China, as part of facial, body and healing rituals. Paired with one of our facial oils the Clear Quartz roller helps to hydrate your skin even more deeply.
It’s also an incredibly easy way to give yourself a quick daily facial massage, particularly when concentrating on areas of tensions such as the temples and neck. If you'd like to take your relaxation or mini-facial even further, place the roller in the refrigerator or freezer prior to use.
Caring For Your Roller:
Make sure to regularly wash your clear quartz roller after use with gentle soap and store in a cool, dry place and ideally in its Bopo Women pouch.
Note: Due to the natural formations in the clear quartz stones, each roller will be unique. Therefore colour may vary slightly from the picture above.
Self Care Ritual
- Refrigerate your roller for 10-30mins (optional)
- Apply your face oil or moisturiser
- Start by using your roller from the centre of the face, with soft, light pressure, in an upward and outward direction (never back & forth)
- Next, use the smaller end of your roller around the temples and between the eyes
- Clean and dry your roller and store in a cool place.

How fast will your order be processed?
If items are in stock your order will most likely be shipped the same day or the next business day. However to get orders out this quickly, it means we’re not able to make any amendments, including changing the billing/shipping address, item style/size or remove or add items from your order. Please note - During Jipsi Cartel Sales or New Collection drops shipping times can be delayed depending on how busy we are so please be patient during these times.
Where do we ship to?
We ship WORLDWIDE. Free shipping within Australia on orders over $159, $25 - &45 International. If your country is not listed at the checkout, please email us and we will consider adding your country to the list.
For tracking purposes a signature is required on delivery for domestic and international shipping. If no one is home during business hours your package may end up at your local post office. If delivery is attempted but you are not home you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox and an ‘attempted delivery email’ giving you instructions on where to go and collect your package. To avoid a failed delivery attempt please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours, ie. a business address.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN AUSTRALIA) signature required – is FREE on orders over $99 - 1-3 business days elsewhere within Australia). Please allow Jipsi Cartel 1-5 business days to ship your order. You will receive an email from Australia Post letting you know that your order has shipped along with a Registered Post tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING* – Flat rate Australia Post Registered International Shipping $25.00AU - $45 AU Delivery between 12-21 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries, so please be patient). Please allow Jipsi Cartel 1-5 business days to ship your order/send your tracking number. You will receive an email from Australia Post letting you know that your order has shipped. For parcels going to USA, Singapore, NZ , Ireland or the United Kingdom FULL tracking is available here. For countries other than USA, Singapore, New Zealand, Ireland and United Kingdom there is only BASIC tracking available. Basic tracking means you can check if your parcel was lodged and when it has been delivered. Please do not contact us about your order unless it has been more than 21 business days since your order was lodged. Once an order has been shipped and tracking details emailed to you via Australia Post, Jipsi Cartel is no longer responsible for goods shipped. Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping.
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING – If you need your parcel a little quicker we have an Express Shipping option for international orders which may take 3-7 Business days to reach you after we ship your order. (Depending on customs). This will also incur a additional cost. Please allow Jipsi Cartel 1-5 business days to ship your order/send your tracking number.
Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions:
• Korea, People Democratic Republic of (North Korea)
Customs/Import Taxes for international customers:
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Jipsi Cartel will declare FULL $ value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately Jipsi Cartel CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept return of an unworn item within 14 days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) once purchase is received. Items should be in the original condition, including tags.
This does not apply to any items purchased on sale or from the clearance section - these items have a no refund or exchange policy.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it registered post.
HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND:
Please send the tagged/unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. If you do not include this information we may not be able to refund you. We will credit your original method of payment within 10 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges.
Please note we DO NOT offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return an item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we’ve refunded you. Excluding SALE ITEMS.
